Choose a tutor, select an available time slot, and pay securely via Stripe. Three booking types are available: Recurring (weekly or biweekly), Short-term (one-off session), and Trial (first-time experience).

Tutors set their own rate as $/30min. You choose the duration you need — 30, 60, 90 minutes, or more. Your total is the rate multiplied by the number of 30-minute blocks, plus a 5% platform service fee disclosed at checkout.

Recurring bookings require 2 weeks’ notice, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Short-term bookings can be cancelled with 24 hours’ notice for a full refund.

Yes. Tutors generate session notes and periodic progress reports that are automatically shared with you — and with your parent or guardian, if connected.

Yes. We use COPPA-compliant age verification during signup. Students aged 13–15 require parental consent. Children under 13 are not permitted to create accounts.

Everything an academy does for 40%, we do from $9.99/month. Tutors keep 100% of their set rate (students pay a transparent 5% platform service fee), set their own rates, and maintain full ownership of their student relationships.

Absolutely. Use our invite system to migrate your current students to the platform. They’ll get access to progress reports, scheduling, and secure payments immediately.

New tutors get 1 month free. Tutors migrating existing students get 3 months free. Both receive a permanent “Founding Tutor” badge on their profile.

Connect your Stripe account during onboarding. Your listed tutor rate is paid out in full via Stripe Connect — the 5% platform service fee is collected separately from students at checkout and does not come out of your earnings. You keep 100% of your set rate.
